A site specific intervention in the permanent collection exhibition space at Rackstadmuseet, Sweden. The concept were to re-construct the exhibition to become equal in terms of representation of gender in the collection. An equal amount of works by female artists and male artists were presented in the Empower exhibition.

As part of the exhibition Katja Aglert held public lectures at the museum with the project as foundation.
